1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CyberVistaar website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
2. Services
CyberVistaar provides digital marketing, web design & development, SEO, social media management, and AI integration services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and timely information, content, and access credentials as needed
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure that all provided content does not infringe third-party rights
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom-built websites, designs, and content created specifically for them. CyberVistaar retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
- All projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion/launch
- Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, login credentials, and client data strictly confidential during and after the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
CyberVistaar's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
